You and I have been given the authority to enforce spiritual law. So now when you talk about the believer's authority, when you talk about spiritual authority, then you must talk about spiritual law. So the boundary of my authority as a believer is within spiritual law. I can enforce spiritual law. Now, if I know the spiritual laws that govern healing and deliverance and freedom and safety and prosperity and all those other things, when I know those spiritual laws, I have the authorization to enforce those laws even when the devil and circumstances are trying to stop it.
