The second coming is second only to salvation as the most dominant subject in the New Testament. In spite of all of the evidence in the Bible that validates the return of Jesus Christ, the vast majority of people do not believe that it will ever happen. Why? Perhaps it is because his second coming will have a different purpose. He will not come again in the form of a humble infant who will live among us and die as our Savior and Messiah. When he returns, Jesus Christ will come in triumph to dispense God's final judgment upon a wicked world.
