Zechariah said, "This is the word of the Lord", to Zerubbabel the governor. "Shout grace, grace to your mountain and your mountain will become a plain".

So whatever the mountain is, mountain of affliction, mountain of sickness or disease, shout grace, grace to it and it will become a plain.
