Part of "looking up" every day is praying to be refilled with the Holy Spirit. There is one initial infilling of the Holy Spirit and many subsequent refillings. God wants to fill you with the Holy Spirit to the point of overflowing and satisfaction. The Greek word for “be filled with the Spirit” in Ephesians 5:18 indicates that we are to “be being” filled, or to experience an ongoing, continual refilling.
