Satan has perfected the art of misinformation. He will use lies and false doctrine of any sort against us. But, when we are tempted by Satan, we need to remember that he takes whatever is good, and perverts it. How we deal with the attack determines our spiritual health and progress as a believer.

Satan’s war plan is to try and get us off course in our walk with Christ by twisting the truth, which creates division and confusion. He will also use our desires and passions in life to get us to do things that are contrary to God’s will.

Every Christian is at war with Satan and his attacks. But, when we submit to God and resist him, Satan has to flee. It’s going to take discipline to take hold of our thoughts. But, when we put on the whole armor of God, we can overcome any temptation.
