#463 - Joseph Prince - What It Means To Prosper In All Things - Part 4

One disciple found the secret. Who was it? John, amen? Amen, people? Seventy disciples, people serving Jesus and all that. But out of the 70, there are 12 apostles, right? Out of the 12, there's always 3 that has the inside story: Peter, James, and John. Out of the three, there is John, the closest. I don't know about you, but I don't wanna be in the 70. I don't wanna be among the three. I wanna be like John, y'all, amen.

John is resting on Jesus's bosom. That means what? I'm resting on his love for me. My love for him fluctuates. His love for me is always strong and vigorous. His love for me is unceasing. His love for me is unconditional. When I cannot love my family, man, I can lean on his love and his love will fill my heart and then I have love for my family. God doesn't want you depending on your love for him. He wants you to depend on his love for you. Doesn't want your eyes to be on your love for him.

I know you mean well. "I wanna love God". I know that. God knows that. But God knows that you do not know your love is not strong. But the greatest commandment says: "Must love God all my heart, all my soul, and my strength". There's the law. We are no more under the law. God knew we couldn't, amen? Now God says, "Rest in my love for you". Jesus say to us: "Now as my Father has loved me, continue you in my love. Be conscious of my love for you".
