The only reason the Holy Spirit comes, remember John 7, it says: "The Spirit was not yet given at that time because Jesus was not yet glorified". And in the book of Acts it says that because the Father has glorified Jesus he has shed forth the Holy Spirit. So the reason we receive the Holy Spirit is because Jesus has been glorified. The Bible says the gifts of the Spirit manifest as the Spirit wills. But you know something? There's only one gift that you can operate as you will. You can pray in tongues any time. So it's like you take the middle candle which is pray in the Spirit and you light up the word of wisdom, you light up the word of knowledge, you light up all the nine gifts of the Spirit.
