You are in the Spirit because God's Spirit dwells in you. So, remember that that is your true identity. But then we are battling with the flesh, and the very fact that you don't like it, you feel ashamed of it, the fact is that you feel frustrated, you feel depressed over it, you know, friend, that shows that you are truly born again, that you're a child of God.

Now, Christian life is a life of being Christ occupied, looking at Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. Amen, church?

You are no longer you. Look at Jesus. That is your true self today. That's how the New Testament teaches it.
