“It was worth it.” We give those words new meaning when we say them in such a time as this. But the true meaning of those words lies in our response to the pain and trauma that we go through in life. The pain of our dying spirits is reckoned by our faith in the living God, and we must count the good that He brings more than the bad that we face. We must keep counting, keep seeking, and keep trusting until we get all that God has promised us —for when all is said and done, we will receive His ultimate glory, and we will know that it was all worth it.
