#450 - Joseph Prince - Find Protection Under His Wings - Part 4
Jesus always excels. Jesus healed the blind and the lame. Actually, if you have eyes to see, pun not intended, we are all blind when we first came to Jesus and we're all lame. Blind means we don't even know Jesus, you know? "I don't believe there's a moon. I don't believe there's a star. I don't believe all of you. I don't believe there's such a thing as a star". Your belief or don't believe doesn't change the stars sparkling at night, all right, because you're blind. Unless someone comes from outside, have mercy on you, you are lost in your blindness. Imagine being blind for one day. Don't open your eyes. No more Korean drama, all right?
Imagine, you would... I mean, can't imagine the suffering. What about lame? You couldn't even walk to where Jesus is. We say that "well, one day I'll walk to the front and accept Jesus Christ," as if we are the one. Let me tell you this. If God didn't draw you, you wouldn't even be walking to the front. If God didn't open your eyes, you wouldn't even be in church, amen. So if our eyes are not open, we can't even walk to him. People, we are saved by grace. We see because he made us see or else we cannot see. And yet, we look at other people and criticize them.
Why are Christians criticizing sinners acting like sinners? Why do you criticize a drunkard when a drunkard act like a drunkard? A drunkard acts like a drunkard because he's a drunkard. A sinner act like a sinner because he's a sinner. What's the point of holding up banners saying we are against this, we are against that, preach the gospel for goodness sake. Preach the good news.
