Well, what’s up, everybody? Welcome to Thrive! I’m back! I hope everyone’s doing incredibly well, and I’m excited about our time together. So listen, family, I’ve been away for a couple of weeks. We’ve had a lot going on, and whenever my schedule prevents me from jumping in and teaching here, we’ll give you a throwback from way back that lines up with whatever I’ve been teaching. We’ve been in this series of teachings called Love Laws, and I was supposed to be starting something different. I was supposed to be starting something different, but I have one final idea that’s just on my heart, and I want to share it with you. So we’re back in the Love Laws series, guys! We’re back in the Love Laws series, and there is just one more lesson that I want to share with you before we move into something new—a new series of Thrive teachings next week. Tonight, I want to talk to you about loving your calling: love your calling.

Now, I want to tell you, first of all, before I dive into this content, what inspired this for me. What inspired this for me is the boot camp that I’m getting ready to host in a couple of weeks. Many of you are part of a boot camp I did before called Rock the World with Words. If you were a part of that, please put «me» in the comments. We received incredible feedback from that; it was transformative for so many people. I’m going to do that boot camp again sometime in the fall. However, I’m getting ready to do another one in a couple of weeks. It’s called the Unleash Your Calling Challenge. Did you hear what I just said? It’s the Unleash Your Calling Challenge, starting April 25th. I’m going to run it for five days, from April 25th to April 29th, and it’s called Unleash Your Calling.

For five days, I’m going to help people do a number of different things. I’m going to help them clarify and customize their calling because some people know that God has called them, but some do not quite understand what that means. Some people assume that a calling means a calling to ministry the way I might be doing ministry now. The word ministry means service; it doesn’t just mean preaching. What most people are called to do is use their gifts, time, and treasure to serve outside the church, not necessarily in the church. There are people who need clarity on what a calling is, and there are those who need guidance on how to customize it to align with how God wired them—not the way God wired someone else. You could be called to do the same thing but not do it the same way.

There are people who are somewhat clear about their calling and need to gain more clarity. There are also some who think they are clear, but they are not. A lot of times, when I’m coaching people, especially my inner circle, I ask, «What do you want to do?» They respond, «I want to help women.» It’s like, «Well, that’s not clear. What do you mean by ‘help’? What kind of help? What kind of women?» So, I’m going to take a whole week to help people clarify and customize their calling. I’m going to help them identify their audience because you are for somebody, but you’re not for everybody. If you’re chasing everyone, you’re going to miss your somebody. You can’t get upset when you’re rejected by everybody because you aren’t for everybody; your oil is for somebody. I’m going to teach you how to do this!
