The Lord told me to talk about making it on broken pieces. Touch three people on your way down to your seat and tell them you can make it on broken pieces. You may be seated. If y’all will have church with me, let’s just do it! Yes, sir! I’m not sure if many of us are aware of the fact, or if we are aware, we rarely think about the fact that Christianity was presented to the world at a time that it didn’t want it. See, in the days of Jesus, Judaism, the law, and the Ten Commandments were the most popular religion. And here comes this guy saying, «Even if you break the Ten Commandments, you can still be saved by grace.» They said he was selling fool’s gold; we don’t subscribe to such ideology. They did everything they could to kill Jesus. Herod was the king and went so far as to say that anybody who had a baby that was 2 years old or younger should be killed because they didn’t know which one was Jesus. So he said, «Let 's kill anyone who even has potential.» That 's one of the things you ought to look at: when the devil is after you, and you haven’t even done anything yet, you haven’t made your first million, you haven’t opened your business, you haven’t even reached your destiny, and he’s already attacking you. It’s your potential that makes him nervous. They tried to kill him even when he was 12 years old. Remember he was at the custom of the feast and got lost? I bet the devil was hoping he would never be found. They did find him, and he said, «Wist ye not that I must be about my Father 's business?» The cross was designed to eliminate him; the grave was supposed to desecrate him. But somehow, three days later, they went to the tomb to find his body only to discover that the stone had been rolled away. He didn’t roll it away himself; they did it for him because God says, «I’m going to send people in the next season of your life to do the heavy lifting for you.» This is why you’ve got to get over your scars of not trusting people you don’t know, because the next person who’s going to help you, you are not acquainted with. You can’t let your history mess up your destiny. You’re going to have to trust somebody you do not know, and not just anyone but the one that was sent by God. How will I know? Well, because when God sends somebody, you will know. When God sends somebody, it will come with the destiny plan. Are you listening to me? They did everything they could to kill Jesus, and if I could just say one thing, shut the sermon down, and walk out the door: that after the cross, and after everything he went through, after the grave, can I just say something? He still lives! I can tell that the church has changed because you used to be able to tell people that he lives, and they knew that it had salvific implications. They knew because he lives, I can face tomorrow. You say that in the church today, and they just say, «He lives. Okay, what’s next?» No, you’ve got to understand: because he lives, you can face tomorrow. Because he lives, all fears are gone. Because he lives, just touch somebody and say, «He lives! He lives! He lives! He lives!» Because he lives, the blood still works, and it reaches to the highest mountain and flows through the lowest valley. That blood that gives me strength from day to day-news flash — will never lose its power. Even if you don’t like your neighbor or you don’t know him, touch him like you walked in the door with him. Tell him, «He lives!» I don’t care if you are scared. He lives! If you’re scared of COVID, if he lives, you can make it through it. I don’t want anybody with germs on me; somebody has a testimony for you: he lives! He lives! He lives! And that truth that they did not want is the truth that changed everything. I understand that just because people don’t want you, that doesn’t mean they don’t need you. There are a lot of people who don’t want you, but they don’t understand that they need you. There are some people in your family who don’t understand that the curse is going to be erased because you are alive and you were born. Just touch yourself and say, «I’m a curse breaker! I’m a curse breaker!» You should have seen all the hell my family has gone through. You should have seen how the devil tried to mark his territory on my family. But somehow, I have enough faith to believe that no weapon formed against my whole bloodline will prosper. No cancer, no diabetes, no hypertension-no weapon formed against me shall prosper. And listen, I’m going to have you talking to somebody all day, and your neighbor might already be trying to give you the cold shoulder like they don’t want to be talked to. I promise you we have enough seats in this place for you to switch around. You do not have to stay next to that dead thing. If your neighbor hasn 't said anything to you, go find somebody. If you have to sit on their need, because of what God is about to do in this house today, you’re going to need somebody to praise God with you. Ask your neighbor, «Can I count on you today? Because I have some stuff that has to change.»
