All over the building it would be a blessing. Yeah, I’m so glad to have the Fords back with us. What a way of sports! God bless y’all, their family! Come on, that’s right, make them feel welcome. We’re not going to have to wait to do that. This is an awesome preacher and his awesome wife. I hope they soon become members right here at the Potter’s House North. Maybe I let the cat out of the bag; I don’t know. But anyway, they live in Enterprise, Alabama, and we’re trusting that things are working so they’ll be able to move in this direction real soon. You know that’s just the prophetic word coming to pass. Y’all remember how at the beginning of the year so many people came and said God’s going to bring families, he’s going to bring leaders and pastors, and they’re going to sit at the table here at the Potter’s House North? Well, that’s the word coming to pass. Can we thank God for His word? Some of you are the word of God coming to pass, and I am grateful to see that His word comes to fruition. I spoke last week about the spin, and y’all have been spinning. Well, we’re going to go back into Isaiah chapter 29 today and pick up those same couple of verses again. I want to revisit that a little bit. Isaiah chapter 29—Cameron, we’re glad to have you today—all the way from Raleigh, North Carolina! Come on, let’s make him feel welcome. Isaiah 29, beginning at the 16th verse, the Bible says, «Surely you have things turned around. Shall the potter be esteemed as the clay? For shall the thing made say of him who made it, 'He did not make me'? Or shall the thing formed say of him who formed it, 'He has no understanding'? It is not yet a very little while till Lebanon shall be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be esteemed as a forest. And in that day, the deaf shall hear the words of the book and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity and out of darkness.» I want to revisit this today, and I just want to encourage somebody who feels like their life might be spinning to know that the spin is not in vain. The spin is for your advancement. The spin is for your promotion. The spin is going to get you places that you could not reach on your own, and the spin will get you there faster than if you were trying to do it on your own. I want you to know that in the meantime, while you’re spinning, you’ve got to understand this: that He’s shaping you in the spin. Okay? You’re spinning, but He’s shaping you. Sometimes when God is spinning you, you don’t realize how fast and how much you are actually growing until the spin calms down. So forget about it. Is there anybody who feels like, over the last couple of months, you’ve been in a spin—just like it’s been nonstop? I mean, things are out of control; things are okay; I can’t do anything about that. But what I can do is come before Him with thanksgiving and praise because I am thankful that He’s God and He’s in control of the spin. Yeah! Father, we bless Your word as we open up our hearts to receive it. Pour it in, give us what we need, and cause us to grow in this house. And without fail, we always acknowledge You as the Lord Jesus Christ; You are the lifter of our heads. We thank You for Your word today, in Jesus' name. Amen. Sit down; let’s work it out for just a minute. For those of you who were not here last week, make sure you pick up the DVD or watch it on demand while it’s still available. But for a brief moment, I want to recap and revisit a couple of things, or for those of you who don’t have a very long-term memory and have already forgotten everything I said, I’m here to help; I’m the pastor! Okay, last week I shared a story about a season in my life where I felt like the enemy was bullying me. I felt like he was telling me things that really pushed me into a very low state. It was a mixture of depression and fear, and that happened probably close to 28 or 30 years ago. I know I don’t look that old, but I really am! It was a pretty big battle that I was in, and the enemy lied to me, telling me I would never live to see my kids grow up. But as I said last week, I’ve seen them grow; I’ve seen them get married; now I’m watching their kids grow up. So, you’ve got to understand that the devil is a liar, and the truth is not in him. That’s what the Bible says. So anything he tells you has to be the opposite of what he says because he cannot tell you the truth. The battle was real. It was very real; it was very big. And one of the things I learned is that any time the attack against your life seems disproportionate…
