But I’ve been gearing up, and I really wanted to bring us all to a greater level of understanding and a deeper walk by faith. The Bible says, «The just shall live by faith.» Paul said we walk by faith and not by sight, which means that everything he did—and he accomplished much—he did by faith. If you study the life of Jesus, you will see the same thing. Everything that Jesus did, he did in this realm, in this atmosphere of faith. Can you imagine? Think about the miracles. Consider Jesus as a human, because he was just as much human as he was divine. So, think of him as a human out there, with a calling on his life, called to do incredible things, even to raise the dead. He was operating in radical faith, but this faith was connected to his purpose. I want to take us deeper over the next several weeks into the subject of faith. However, I kind of got interrupted. To be honest, I feel like we’re in a season where God is producing a newer version of us. With that newer version, new clarity will come. I’m almost afraid to take us deeper in faith before helping us position ourselves in ways that allow us to become who God has called us to be so we can see what we need to see and appropriate that faith in a divine direction. Are you with me? I want to slightly interrupt that for a moment and prophetically bring our awareness to the season we’re in. It is impossible not to notice what’s happening—not just one hurricane, not just two hurricanes, but multiple storms. We seem to go through one wave, then another wave hits, and if that’s not enough, things start shaking in Mexico. Just when we think it’s all about distance, we get a 3.6 earthquake right in our backyard that was felt in my community. You’d have to be crazy not to pause, scratch your chin, and ask God if something is up. Can I speak to you like that? I’m not preaching gloom and doom; I’m speaking truth. It would take enormous faith to believe that all these events are mere coincidence when our Jesus talked about them in Matthew chapter 24. My heart for you is this: I can uplift you all day; that’s just a gift I have. But I care about you too much to let you be happy and ignorant, or happy and insensitive to the moment and season you’re in. I can’t do that to you. What I want to say is that when you see these things happening, know that they are connected to you in some way. Let me clarify; this is not something happening that should make you afraid, so you hide away. No, these events aim to pull something out of you. I don’t want you to be so distracted, pointing your faith only at your dream, that you fail to realize that any faith, anything God wants to give you faith for in this season, is a dream connected to His dream amidst the shaking and everything else that’s happening. Listen to my Bible—Romans chapter 8, real quick! Before I read this, let me tell you: when you manifest your true self at a level of maturity, another level of creativity will arise within you. God will give you ideas that will position you as the head and not the tail; you’re going to walk in something different. Here’s something I heard while praying: there are many things right now that seem to be at the top, but they will soon find themselves at the bottom. I feel the Spirit of God. Let me quickly add this: don’t be deceived by what appears to be winning now. The shaking itself shows—if you think about it—the symbolism of shaking reflects a repositioning. It’s a repositioning. Tall buildings and this is not insensitive, but think about it: that which was tall, stately, and prominent may soon find itself restructured. I sense that one reason this message is important is that God is getting ready to produce something out of you. Oh God, I just felt this! Something is going to be birthed out of you that will instantaneously reposition you, just like an earthquake reshapes everything. I saw that so clearly, and when God…
