I am grateful to be standing in the move of God. Does anyone believe right now that you are standing in the move? At this very moment, our God is moving on the earth, and He is moving in your life. Come on, let’s take ten seconds! Come on, Denver, go crazy for the move that’s taking place! When we don’t think there’s anything going on, God is moving. Come on, somebody, if you believe it! If you know that God is moving, causing all things to work together, celebrate! Come on, somebody, on this Sunday morning, the Spirit of God is present, and God is going to move mightily! We have this huge expectation, and just pop! Somebody say, «You’re in a move; you’re in the middle of a move!» Hallelujah! Well, listen, God bless you! I’m so excited to be here with you today. God is going to do incredible things! This series—I’m telling you—I don’t know if there has ever been a series as near and dear to my heart as this Modern Church series. I think it is explaining some of the things that God is doing in the earth, and some of the things that God is doing in your life. I just pray that you’re grasping it, that you’re receiving this word, that you’re seeing yourself in some of the graces we’ve been talking about. We are going to continue this week, and then next week, I think I will conclude. Who knows? We might just keep this going! But I’m just excited about this word, so let’s get into it. I will continue to read from Ephesians, the fourth chapter—Ephesians chapter 4—and I’ve been reading through the twelfth verse. We’ve been discussing a lot of things, and so let’s start there. Now, you guys are probably memorizing some of these passages of Scripture, which is fine with me. But it says, «I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with long-suffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all and through all and in you all.» But to each one of us, grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift. Therefore, He says, «When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive and gave gifts to men.» Now this «He ascended,» what does it mean but that He also first descended into the lower parts of the earth? He who descended is also the one who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things. And here we go, this is where we’ve been focusing: «And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors, and teachers for the equipping of the saints, for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.» Let’s pray. Father, we thank You so much for the plans that You have for us. You make it emphatically clear that You know the thoughts You think towards us, that You know the plans You have for us—good plans, not evil plans—plans to prosper us and not to harm us, to give us a future and a hope. God, first and foremost, we thank You for Your character. We thank You that we have an incredible Father who loves us, who is for us, who has our back, who has factored in our past, present, and future, and says that the amalgamation of those things will equate to good. Hallelujah! So we thank You, God, that this is a good day. We thank You, God, that You have a good plan, and we thank You that You’re working things together for good. We thank You that You are a good God, and so, good God, show up and feed us today. Lord, I thank You for the spirit of wisdom, insight, and revelation, that You might allow me to access all of You so I might minister to Your children in a way, God, that will take root in their hearts and bear fruit. God, that it would set the captives free, that we would come into an understanding of what we’ve tapped into when we tapped in, and of who we are as the body, as the church—the great victory we have in Jesus. So we thank You, and we claim it now in Jesus' name. Amen! Amen! Can I hear the sound of victory praise? Come on, L.A.! Come on, Denver! I just want to hear the sound of victory! Come on, for victory is ours! Well, I’ve been enjoying this series. This is our fourth week in this series, and if you’re still standing, you may be seated, of course. But, you know, it’s our fourth week in this series, and we have covered a lot of ground. I always like to do a little bit of a recap before I go into where we’re going today. So if you don’t mind, these verses are written by the Apostle Paul, and he is saying a lot to us. He’s talking about the church, how we are to walk in fellowship with each other, the type of attitude we are supposed to have as believers. He’s talking about humility, forgiveness, and bearing with one another.
