David Jeremiah - The Aftermath

I'm David Jeremiah, and welcome to "Turning Point". So far, in our current series, we have been studying the incredible life of the prophet Elijah. In today's message, I'm going to raise a serious topic, something that everyone has experienced at one time or another. The title of today's message is "The Aftermath," a title you'll understand as we go through today's message.

This series is called "Someone Like You," the story of the life and ministry of Elijah, an ordinary person who God used in extraordinary ways. Even though Elijah experienced significant victories in his life, he also let his guard down on one occasion, and he found himself in the valley of despair. He had to learn to trust God to meet all the needs in his life, not just his spiritual needs. It's a lesson you and I need to learn as well, and I hope we'll do just that on today's edition of "Turning Point".
