#462 - Joseph Prince - Say Yes To All His Promises - Part 2

God is a God of justice, righteousness, and a God of love at the same time. But because he is justice, he cannot bypass sin; but because he cannot bypass sin, he can forgive it. But to forgive it, to remit it, there must be a payment, because he's a just God. So, God sent his Son. Hallelujah. God so loved the world, he sent his Son, and Jesus died on that cross. He hung there for you and I. He bore our judgment, and all the sins that you have ever committed or that you will ever commit in your life was borne by Jesus, by the cross, and your sins have all, every one of them, been punished. So, today, God cannot punish you for the sins that he punished his Son for. His Son bore your sins.

God did not compromise his righteousness. God did not bend over his strictness or his justice, amen, a requirement of holiness. God actually reconciled them in the cross of Jesus Christ. God's holiness has been glorified. His love heart has been expressed. Amen. And today, when you come to God, God's righteousness is on your side. God's justice is on your side.

God says, "No one can come against my child. He is the righteousness of God in Christ". God uses judicial terms. You are the righteousness of God in Christ.
