#619 - Joseph Prince - The Secret To Health And Healing Revealed - Part 2
How can we say that Christ became sin, without any sin? He knew no sin, he did no sin. In him is no sin. But how come he became sin? Apart from his actions, he received our sins at the cross. The same way I become righteous. Amen? Not because of my actions. Apart from my actions, I receive his righteousness.
The Father would love us so much, that he would send his Son to take our place, that all the judgment that is due me, that is due you, would fall upon his Son, that all the rejection would fall upon his Son at the cross, that he would cry out, "My God, my God". And Jesus never addressed his Father as "my God," never in his earthly life. It is always the Father, "my Father". For the first time, "My God, my God," at the cross, so that you and I can call God, "My Father, my Father". Jesus cried, "Why have you forsaken me"? So that you and I can say, "You'll never leave me nor forsake me". Hallelujah. What love, my friend, what love. Amen?
