The Lord told me to tell you today, «Tomorrow is taken care of.» If you believe it, before you sit down, just touch everybody you can reach and tell them, «Tomorrow is taken care of.» Bless you, Holy Spirit. Thank you, Jesus Christ. Thank you, Father God. We are still in revival. You know that, Bishop? We are still in revival. I’ve been hypersensitive to society as a whole, and what I am discovering is that the spirit of pride has caused the people of God to be overly enamored by how much they know. If you pay attention to the atmosphere, everybody’s trying to get everybody straight. You could post something online right now and say, «The Lord wants you to forgive everybody,» and that’s indisputable. But some know-it-all is going to come up, «But, but… what happens if—» Ain’t no «but.» What if you have to forgive those who offend you 70 times 7? That is not a mathematical equation; it just means every time you’re offended, you have to get over it. Everybody is intoxicated by knowing. We even have awards, programs, plaques, appreciations, and gifts for the smartest kid in the class. The biggest thing going on right now is AI—artificial intelligence—because being intelligent enough on our own isn’t enough. Now, we have to seek it from computers. We know more than we’ve ever known. Somebody in this room right now, 50 or 60 years old, you give them a cell phone and tell them to download an app, and they just hand it to somebody else. I just say, «Everybody, I know some of y’all know how to do it,» but the older we get, the more afraid of technology we become, and we give it to our young people. You can now see a three-year-old at IHOP downloading an app, watching a whole movie, two years old, fast-forwarding and rewinding, going through the screen, and accessing their bank account to take out $5 to go back to Baby Shark. Have you seen how fast these kids are learning? Yes, sir. The worst thing we did when we were growing up was open the refrigerator without permission, you know, maybe going outside and coming home after the streetlights were on. It is a fact that there are kids now who can hack into systems with firewalls. See? It’s knowledge, knowledge, knowledge. The more you know, the more you grow. No, no, go to college, go to school, get a degree—knowledge, knowledge, knowledge! And yet, we are the most intelligent generation ever with the lowest emotional resilience. Your son might know how to play a video game, but he’s ready to shoot you if you take the controller from him. We’re smarter than ever but more emotionally unstable than ever. This is not just a young people’s problem because there are some grown, married, 401(k)-having, 403(b)-having, diversified portfolio, stock option-having people in the room right now, and your next situation is going to send you into a tailspin. Yes, sir, because you are the manager, but you’re not managing it; emotions are all over the place. We don’t even know; we don’t know. This is how you know you’re not emotionally intelligent: because you don’t recognize what you did until after you’ve done it. See, emotional regulation means that I have the ability to feel the emotion coming, and then I can self-correct and do something before I self-destruct. But I would sense that there are at least 20 to 30% of the people in this room, and those are the only ones among us who are going to be honest and tell the truth. The other 70% are with us, but they won’t say it: that most of your actions are reactive according to the circumstances in front of you. Instead of taking responsibility for how you reacted, you blame them for how you acted by saying, «If they had not done this, then I would not have done that.» But the truth is, if that wasn’t in you, then it wouldn’t have been an available option to procure when you’re facing a predicament. Everybody say «emo.» They say that 320 million people on Earth suffer from anxiety disorders. With 8 billion people on Earth, that means about 19 to 20%. The total population of the United States of America is somewhere around 320 to 360 million, so the entire population could fit into this country with anxiety issues. This means on every row of 10, there are two or three people suffering from anxiety. Somebody who feels tension in certain circumstances. Now, it doesn’t always manifest as a disorder, but we’re anxious. Here’s the deal: you’ve got two options, with really only one that makes sense. The only one that makes sense is to live in the present, but most of us live in the past or in the future. When you live in the past, you suffer from depression. When you live in the future, you suffer from anxiety. So, half the room is depressed, and the other half is anxious. For men, we don’t know which one we are because whether we’re anxious or depressed, the only thing we know how to be is angry. And so, we’re angry. That’s why your girl keeps asking you, «What’s wrong with you?» and you keep saying, «Nothing.» You’re not mad, but you appear mad. You’re not angry.
